Ingredients

  • 1 litre milk


  • 1 cups roohfaza syrup


  • 1 cups cornflour


  • 2 cups water


  • 2 tsp sugar


  • 4 tsp roohafza syrup


  • 2 tsp colourful sugar coated balls

Directions

  • Milk ko boil kar reduce kar le.
  • Jab reduce milk thanda ho jaye toh roohafza syrup mix kar airtight container main dal kar freezer main rakh kar freeze kar le.
  • After 6 or 8 hours ice cream freeze ho jayegi.
  • Falooda ke liye pan main 2 tsp sugar,1cup cornflour and 2 cups of water dal kar mix kar le but be care lumps na ho.
  • Gas par rakh kar contineusely chalate hue transparent hone tak paka le gas off kar de.
  • Ek big bowl le chilled water dale (see pic) machine main hole plate laga kar batter dal kar band kar chilled water main falooda dalte jaye vo apne app jamta jayega.
  • Pani se nikal kar bowl main dale ice cream dale upper se roohafza dale sugar coated balls se garnish kar enjoy kare.
